Yeah, I'm just waiting for more boxes. I ordered a set of 10 from thompson cigars; they should be here on Friday. I'm also gonna try out some other designs, and probably make a didley bow and a baritone uke.
I love that I finally found something that combines my passions for music, and woodworking. (And there's something romantic about playing your own homemade instruments - I can hardly put mine down.)
Thanks. I've been pretty happy with it. I did have to go back and shape the neck some more, and give it a little more curve. And I'm still peeved that I tore up the edge of the wood when I drilled the soundhole (though I don't think that really shows that well in the pictures.)
