My eldest son had a request, "If your making one of those guitars for me for Christmas, make it with four strings, so I can play a real chord.' I don't play guitar, so I have no clue. His favorite guitar is a Jazzmaster, so this is the start of his Christmas gift this year.

Sweet a home made fat fender type headstock! I don't know why I must be a mean person or something but Im not a fan of using an OEM fender neck+headstock pre-fab parts. Unless you had one lying around...

i mean the guitar i'm making is about as far away from a 'real' fender as you can get.
