Hullo, just thought that someone might like a look at a couple of CBG's that I have made. The 3 stringer is made from an old nail box, and I play it with a slide, the frets a just a guide I spose.Anyway I hope it give someone a bit of a grin. Cheers

I'm with Uncle John, the 3 stringer in particular is lovely. Those components that have been used for something else prior to bring build into an instrument such as this really do add character. I too have always thought this.
Uncle John, thanks for your positive comment. Apart from tuners and the pickup gear, all materials are reused,andhave a history, that shows in there "character" marks. Umm, I just had a squizz at your page, pretty impressive. Cheers mate.
Yup. Nice diddley. Just very nice. At first, I was not so sure about that big bridge. But ater looking a while, it kind of makes the whole package stand out. Like those fine little f holes - do not see that often on a diddley. I like the saw mark on the finger board too.
