One piece neck/body cutout with bandsaw from a 2x12 Cedar plank. Bass bar on top and two cedar braces on the back. The top is hollowed out inside and contoured on the top to arch the top and thin the material.

    Thanks Randy, Monterey. I carved a sound hole today for her. I,ll post in the morning. I'll have a hard time waiting for her tuners on the slow boat from China. I could have her running tomorrow if I had them. Just a bridge, nut and end pin to go otherwise. I think she'll sing...
