  • Thanks Bob looking close at it there are rough spots. Brian Q sent a link to a video on how to do it with a glass cutter and hot & cold water. I'm going to try that next time .

  • I used a Dremel tool with a regular cutoff wheel and went around and around, it took a long time to cut, and it came out a bit rough. I smoothed it out on a belt sander then a buffing wheel, I think it needs more buffing.I put some foam inside to make it fit snug. buffing.

  • Nice slide and git. How did you cut the slide? My easiest and pretty good home made slides are to get a copper pipe, cut to length and polish a bit with steel wool.
