Barrel Key tuner knobs. Old steamer trunk keys I believe. Turned out to be more work than I hoped. The shafts had to be drilled out further as they were only hollow about a quarter of the way up. Found a drill press, worked out ok.

they are attached with jb weld (quick set) I've had a couple fall off after about a year of use. I roughed up the two surfaces and jb welded them again. Works great!

great look...i am looking to do the same on my next build...how did you get the key to stay connected to the tuner shaft.
