Handmade Tube Amplifier

This is a hand-built guitar tube amplifier, with a circuit that I based on the Kalamazoo Model 1.Features:~ Point to point wiring~ New power (400vct) and output transformer (5 watt) (Made in USA)~ Currently set up with an 8 ohm output. There is a 4 ohm lead inside the chassis, if the buyer wishes to modify the unit.~ Another ultra-linear tap is also located inside the chassis.~ Volume & tone controls~ Jewel indicator lamp~ 1 amp fuse~ All tubes are brand new- (1) Sylvania 6X4 rectifier, (1) Electro-Harmonix 6BQ5/EL84, and a generic 12AX7 (no markings, purchased from seller in USA)~ Vintage Goldenaire 10" speaker (Made in Canada)~ Removable speaker cord and top-of-chassis-mounted output jack allows the user to connect the amplifier to any external 8 ohm speaker cabinet~ Cabinet is finger jointed ply~ Covered with ivory leatherette, with navy blue leatherette on the rear baffle~ Birds eye maple and figured maple trim along base and control plate~ Hand-stitched leather handle with rosewood anchor plates~ Rosewood trim on top front corners~ Non-slip feet~ Measures 15" wide x 17.25" high x 8" deep, and weighs 19 lbs.
