So what I've got goin hear is a twenty five foot radius cut into the one inch MDF blank. The block was made when I still had the table set up and will be used for shaping out the contact edges of the bracing. I used double sided tape alot making all this stuff and I've got a strip of it holding down some 150 grit sandpaper. Or in some countries, toilet paper.
