My first dulcimer fretting and use of a "zero fret" instead of a nut. Diatonic fretting seems to be shockingly easy to play. I tested it out by picking out "I'll Fly Away", "Amazing Grace", "The Star Spangled Banner" "Ashokan Farewell". Then I got adventurous and tried "Winter Wrap-Up" from My Little Pony-FiM , "Maggie May" by Rod Stewart, and The Boss's "Thunder Road" They were so simple to figure out! Why didn't they give me one of these in 4th grade instead of that stupid recorder!
