Great photo, uke and setting.  Might look really cool in black and white.

Oh, Termoking.  Belgium eh?  I lived in Brugge for 4 years in the 90's.  Where do you live?

Sure, Termoking.  It will be about 130' overall.  Around 100 on deck.  45 tons of lead ballast in the keel.   Being built in Sausalito , CA.  The organization is called ETS...Educational Tall Ship, a non profit.  The name of the founder is Alan Olson.  The ship's name is Matthew Turner.

There is plenty of internet info available.

I am a part time volunteer on the project and know most of the people involved.

Keel, ribs, bulkheads, clamp and deck beams are pretty much finished.  Planking will start soon.

The cost is estimated at $6M  Frames are laminated Douglas Fir.   Planking to be Douglas Fir.

Let me know if you can't find info on line and I will try to find a web address for you.  There is also a monthly newsletter tht you could get via email.
