Got this here old cedar box with Spanish ships on the front...huge box, so I made a bass guitar today. New Samick bass neck, 34" scale, black tuners & bridges. Pickup at bridge.Fender Black Nylon tape wound strings.The box opens ( back panel) and I will add the volume/tone pots and jack later tonight.

    Thanks much guys. Got the pots & knobs & jack installed. Need to take it to local music shop to run thru a bass amp. Thumpin'.........
