I installed 2 Reverb Springs. To give added support to the neck I installed a chair brace, along with an extra piece of 1"X2" oak glued onto (and screwed) the neck inside the box. The small strips of wood you see at the bottom of the box were scraps left over from a kitchen cabinet install that I removed from the trash. I put these there to give the chair brace screw some added strength.

I like using springs, have never attached them to the neck thru though.

Ok, I removed the bottom spring and it sounds whole lot better to me.  A lot of Reverb, Bad.  A little Reverb, Good.

After playing this CBG I think that I'm going to remove the reverb spring by the high "G." I could end up removing both if I still don't like the sound.
