Glueing up the heel. Had to bring out the big clamps for this! Hopefully I can start shaping it tomorrow

Thanks, Uncle! The clamps work really good- made them out of Spruce with big bolts, nuts and washers. Couldn't find any wingnuts that size. I want to make some bigger ones yet with threaded rod.
