Scott I didn't take it as critique I'm still unsure , I think I read some were that holes can interrupt the vibration but not sure some small holes would matter. I'm usually in the wine store every week looking at the boxes if you want I'll pick you up 1 or 2 and drop them on my way to CB. On another note it looks like your getting into the pickup business I'll keep that in mind if you go into production :)
Wasn't in city...bad weather kept us grounded. The Q about holes wasn't a critique, just wondered if it would sound different without any. Now you mention it, I may swing by our local NSLC to see if they have any wine boxes and/or liquor tins.
Scott I looked on this site and checked the Dulcimer site and I wasnt sure it would make that much difference, it does have a piezo under the bridge and I though I would try it and I can put some holes later Im stiil up in the air. Were you In the city Saturday? I was at the NSLC near Cambribge Suites and the had 4 or 5 Wine Boxes but I had no way to reach you.
