Not a cigar box this time! But I got to utilize all of my CBG building experience (and then some) on this build.

This is Amber the frankenfender... some Strat, a bit of thinline Tele, dash of Jazzmaster, pinch of Starcaster... :D

Started as a kit but got some serious modding. It's now a 5-string 24.75" scale, tuned open E (EBEG#B). The pickups are stacked P90s, each with a series/split/parallel switch, the tone control is a push/pull, down is Fender greasebucket mod, up is dark jazz at one end of the pot and cocked-wah at the other. And of course there's a treble bleed on the volume.
