AGP #522 – “Yellow Stringybark”3 String Fretless GuitarScale : 609mm / 24inchesStrings : .048NW / .032NW / .022NW /Tuned: G D gThe Body and Neck are recycled Yellow Stringybark, the Headstock Wings are Spotted Gum, and a 7k P90 Type Pickup is Hardwired to the Output Jack. The idea behind this build was for me to try yet another different Wood Finish to what I’ve used in the past, this finish is 2 Coats of Boiled Linseed Oil 15 minutes apart, then wiped and left overnight, then given a Coat of Paste Wax, and Buffed 30 minutes later, unfortunately it darkened the lovely light coloured raw sanded finish of the Yellow Stringybark a lot more than I would have liked.

"Thanks A.D.", Yup!, I do love those particular Pickups, have a few on hand, but don't seem to use them enough, and I will be using a lighter Wood Finish on any future Yellow Stingbark Builds. :-)
