AGP #435 - “Taz” 3 String Fretless GuitarScale:600mm/23⅝ inchesStrings:.050NW/.034NW/.024NW/Tuned: F C fThe 2 pieces of recycled Tasmanian Oak pictured have been sitting in my shed for many years, and I have no idea where they originated from, they have been patiently waiting to be used for some type of build, so this is it, an entire build using only Tasmanian Oak, hence the name “Taz”, the recycled piece on the left was used for the Body, and the Neck & Fretboard were “Bunnings” purchases.All Timber is coated with 2 coats of “British Paints Acrylic Clear Gloss”, the Map and Taz were pyrographed, and a 7k Single Coil Tele Type Neck Pickup is Hardwired to the Output Jack, and a grounding wire runs from the Jack to the underside of the Hardtail Bridge. :-)

"Thanks Bob", Tas Oak is a pretty hard sappy wood, and is not the easiest timber to Pyro, :-)
That Tasmanian oak makes a fine looking body. along with that pyro'd map outline. It really stands out.
