  • Yep got a commissioned build on the bench other than that been to busy.

  • "Thanks Brian Q", I always wanted a Daughter, but put the cue in the rack after 4 sons  :-D

  • "Thanks UJ", the first Vinyl Album I ever  bought as a 14yr old, who had just started work, was the Stones 1st Album, still have it, albeit in poor condition, along with their next 6 or 7 as well, wasn't until yrs later that I realised why I preferred them over all the other groups, and that of course was the Blues influence, a Music Genre I was unaware of at the time, some of my fave Stones songs are named after the fairer sex, Angie, Mona & Lady Jane just to name a few, the names on the Box sides were outlined with a Pyrography Pen, and coloured in with a Sharpie Pen, Spray Varnished the first couple of coats at night under lights, and didn't notice that some of the Red Sharpie had run a bit till next morning, will know better next time, and take a different approach.

Not sure about it being a Plugged in Wailer, is reasonably loud unplugged with a bit of a (dare I say it) Banjer Twang to it, probably caused by the Internal Reverb Springs I installed, which is different, but likeable, I did install one of those much maligned Piezo Discs to try and enhance the aforesaid Spring effect, usually I'm not Piezo fan, but this one seems to work fine when Amped, both on its own and when combined with the Mag Pup, sure surprised me!

Say Hi to the lovely Linda for me, her being a huge Stones Fan, tells me she has a fine ear for Music  :-)

  • "Thanks Bones", nice to see your still keeping an eye on what happens on Cigar Box Nation, will we see a return of  some Bones Builds when the warmer weather returns, and the Taswegians thaw out ??,   :-)

  • Nice work! I always wanted a daughter named Suzie, but my wife says no dice...

  • Fantastic, AGP.   The head stock is a great topper.  The box looks perfect, thin, but this is a plugged in wailer.    Oh!  I looked at the next pic in the series and you got really nicely lettered Stones songs on the box too.  How did you do that?   Linda is a huge Stones fan and she just came down to the den to admire your work.

  • Very nice AGP# .
