  • "Thank You", Bob "Ambrose" Negus, for taking the time to look and comment, much appreciated!   :-)

  • Nice one AGP.  You also continue to expand my awareness of natural timber usage! Thank you.

  • "Thanks Dave", Tassie Oak does sound and look exotic, and although 'Bones' would probably disagree, I personally find it a bit of a difficult timber to work with, particularly when cutting Fret Slots, however our local hardware mob has a plentiful and varied supply of the stuff, and its cheap, did think about 2 strings ala Erasmo style but opted for my fave 3 string configuration.  :-)

  • Does look inviting AGP. Tasmanian Oak sounds so exotic to a Duluthian. I’d want two strings though.
  • "Thanks" Bones, Rev & 'UJ', it was just a quick long scale build to add to the other eleven shorter scale Diddley Bows I have.  :-)

  • Nice as always ...

  • Nice one, AGP!
  • Good looker.  I would like to take it for a slide.
