AGP #267 - “Chop Chop”(3 String Cutting Board Baritone Guitar) - Scale: 736.6mm / 29inchesStrings : .038NW / .024NW / .017NW / - Tuning: G# / D# / g# /The 300mm x 400mm x 35mm Hardwood End Grain Chopping Board was yet another Dumpster Rescue from the ever reliable “Wondai Qld Rubbish Tip”, had a few minor cut marks, but sanded off pretty easily, the Neck is “Forest Red Gum”, and the Headstock Wings are “Tasmanian Oak”, a couple of coats of a Brushable French Polish were applied to the woodwork, and a 12k Open Humbucker is hardwired to the Jack. The faux “F Holes” and “Headstock Signature” were applied with my latest toy, a Pyrographic Burner, which was used here for the first time, however!, I must have been standing on my head when doing it, as the F Holes are upside down! and the Signature is back to front!, hopefully will do a bit better next time!
