Hello fellow builders. This is the first in my series of full-hollow acoustic/electric cannibalized and re-purposed trumpet case guitars. The case is solid and has nice resonance, and I used as much of the trumpet as possible; including the lyre and spit valve.

    Great idea. I've got an old fiddle case with arched wood top and back. I think it's heading for a similar repurpose.
