This is the Speaker bomb exploded with a larger speaker and ready to install except wiring the input. Its not loud as the battery is a single cell. but you have a rechargeable on board amp for $6 bucks

Hi Dan, to use this thing you just need to cut the 1/8 plug off and wire it to the pickup what ever kind your using I have not tried it on a piezo disk yet. This is neat because of the rechargeable battery but if you really want a good onboard amp try one of Bens amp kits unless you want to build your own Lm386 chip amp.
That's really interesting. Would you please give us more details? Do you use a pickup or piezo? How do you eliminate (or reduce) feedback? I'm very interested in putting an amp into my next build. Thanks!
