To give credit where credit is due, I believe that Johnny Lowebowof Tennessee makes Lowe Bowes with this or similar tuning and a double dowel neck and hot pickups.I am a make my own guy and this is my take on a build with this tuning. The big bass string is just off the neck - a little wide of it. Oak and poplar neck. Piezo. Jello mold reso thingy. Lid handle saddle. Thanks, Wes and Roy. Roy it is UN-fretted. I like markers at the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th and 12th fret spots. Those are the ones I use the most.
