15" tin-tar, tuned GDg. .22, .13 and .10 strings. "Real" chromatic frets, zero fret nut. Slotted head, 3-on-a-plate tuners. Oak trim bridge with plinth.

Lovely looking instrument. One question - what's the piece of thin material that seems to be screwed to the face of the can near the tailpiece and what function does it perform?
