#21: I actually haven't been building much over the last year. I did that bolt on neck jammy a few months back and I just did the ukelele for my daughter. Other than that I've had 3 different builds sitting on the bench for a over a year in different stages of completion. One is for me (this one), and the other two are for family members. This one was the closest to being finished so I figured I'd work on it to get back in the swing of things. This is my first build using a magnetic pickup. I used a Gittybucker and CB Gitty 500k EconoHarness. The neck is made out of an old broken shovel handle. The lightning bolt sound holes are something I've been wanting to try for a while now. The side markers and Xes on the headstock and pickup cover are wood burned. The front markers are recessed & blackened with gold screws in them with the heads snapped off. The strings are grounded to the strike plate tailpiece and it's tuned Gdg with a 23 inch scale. This baby screams like a banshee. #cigarboxguitar #cigarboxnation #fretless #fretlesscbg #homemadeinstruments #homemademusic #slidebox #blues #handmadeinstruments #guitarlife #cbgitty #cbg #itselectric #greasedlightnin

  • Thanks guys. Yeah that Gittybucker is awesome.

  • Yup. I like the bolts too. And the neck, markers, white box and white rope strap.
  • Excellent Steebos. I like the bolts. You’ll like the WickedBucker. They rock.
