Stanley mitre saw Model 20-800 available at Home Depot ($52). It cuts a slot that's a little too wide for frets, so I super glue them in prior to final cutting and filing. I have built several guitars this way and it works fine for me. I use the gel-type of super glue which sets up very fast.

what kind of setup is this ?? what is that blade? .,.,dosen't look like stew-mac stuff.,.,looks nice and accurate though.,.,
