No challenge from me, Alan.  Just a newby here, who never took art past 8th grade and was not very good at it.  I love what Dave does and hope to improve my attempts.

Time for the darkness to spread Uncle. Darken the background and lighten Andries Beard. Develop the scribble technique. It will make the hat, beard, face, everything pop out and get depth going.
