Howdy neighbor! I know where Cookville is because the wife and I got stuck there Christmas day a year ago. We were coming back from Kentucky and the alternator went out on the truck. Nothing was open so we had to get a Motel room for the night and get it fixed at your Ford place the next day.

yes i build them,thanks for the comments,i am constantly fighting within myself on wether or not to leave the boxes natural or to paint and decorate them.i guess i will just keep doing both.

i recently started a discussion on a humming noise when i put a volume pot in with a piezo.i tried putting extra ground wires everywere and it will not go away.the volume knob works more like an on-off switch.it will not hum when its completely…

i can get walnut in my area,but i would have to have rosewood shipped,and rosewood is very expensive.is there any drawbacks to using walnut for fingerboards,and what other alternatives are there for inexpensive fingerboard material?
