How to do a 513 chord on a gdg cbg?

Trying to figure out how to play Jack Elliotts version of cocaine blues. Totally different song than the Johnny Cash one. Anyway. C/G is the most used chord and I found a site saying that's 513/gce triad chord. Not sure how to accomplish that on my G

Anyone try cutting down wheelbarrow handles for necks?

I've been using them occasionally. They are white ash, which is heavy but makes a very durable neck at a good price. They sell them at the hardware store and they are 2"x1.5" or sometimes a little larger.
