Hello! My name is Kevin M. Kraft, founder of the annual Kansas City Cigar Box Guitar Festival. This year's event will take place on August 26th, and once again I am accepting cigar box guitars and cigar box guitar-related donation, which will be raffled off during the festival, the proceeds to benefit Kansas City's Blues in the Schools program. the first aid boxes i use to build with,i get from e-bay.if they cost more than 10 bucks i usually don't bid on them. so sometimes i get a few for less than 10 bucks. any kind of box that cost less than ten bucks is worth cutting a hole in it to stick a neck thru yep.

Hey folks!Greetings from Marietta, GA.Does anyone have any creative ideas for a nut? I'm about to hit the hardware storefor some supplies for my very first CBG build and I was thinking of something metal...brass perhaps?...not to sure, any help…
