Read more…Hi folks, I built a 4-stringer with trussrod, what made the neck very heavy (maple neck with oak fingerboard). Now I'm in a 3-stringer project with similar wood and I have to decide - Trussrod yes or no, any recommandations?

Yes it is a dog bowl,it does have some of the sound quality of a reso guitar.What amazes me is this other one,using a smaller cat bowl,it has an better reso sound - very like the one I built using a proper reso cone/cover set
