  • Iam building #5/4th-E, but when I was building i broke a black wire that went to the volume pod, I resoldered the wire on the second and third post , plugged into the amp only get humming, fudge, I have another coil pick up in the mail, I don’t no how to even check it ,could someone please tell me if the black to the volume solder on the second then the pod top or second and third post and top of pod, hope this make sense , your cool….
  • I closed up my box and installed the strings and nothing, loud buzzing sound, the black wire on one pod broke early in the install, i resoldered it but think I got it wrong , does anyone know if the black wire is soldered to the post and pod or just a post,,,hope I mad sense…I’ll post more when I get it finished, happy holidays
  • Hello Howard ! i love what you did whit the springs in the neck , i whoed  love to hear how this sounds, do you use it acousticly or amped up? and what springs did you use weak or sturdy springs? is it like a reverb setup in a lets say a Fender twin reverb amp? kind greeeeeettsszzz A.D.

Pickup wire
