My First CBG.Neck and piezo attach.

Hi.Time to go on on my first project.Need to attach neck to box.Neck is same size as box inside.Do I glue neck to the lid or box ? any difference...and do I glue piezo to lid or neck

Alder neck.

Anyone use Alder on neck? Just got nice piece of Alder( in Finland we have Tar Alder).Feels as strong than my white Oak neck wood.
