  I think the red timber is sapele,with a lamination of purple wood up the centre.Thanks for your comments

  The build a cigar box amp information is a 12 page A5 sized booklet. It is based  on buying a small amplifier kit from electronics dealers such as Maplin  in the UK or Radio shack in the USA. You can also find similar items on  Ebay. My booklet is aimed at beginners to electronics and gives tips on  wiring and soldering and what else you might need to turn the kit into a cigar box amplifier. I also give email support for any questions you  might have when building your amp.

  Hi Gary, I didn't want to answer on the forum and take the radio ad from the top but regarding selling http://www.cigarboxnation.com/forum/categories/for-sale-cigar-box-g... is for the main site, or start a topic on the Brits are coming.. Depending upon what you are selling there is always the next Boxstock when you could sell, or eBay will give you a bigger number of people to sell to.
