Regarding your request - 9 strings? I have never wound a pickup for so many strings, but I could give it a try. Two common Flatpup 4 would also cover the 85mm.
Anyway, it sounds interesting to wind such a big one! The main issue is to prevent the base plate from bending and also that the coil windings would be very loose. Let's go private to talk about the details, ok?
