violin ??

has any one ever made a cbg out of a violin?

I was considering in making one out of a violin but wasn't sure if it will sound right.

plenty on ebay for about £10 to £30.

must admit that I'm new to all this cbg.

frets??

what different on how many frets there are on a cbg's.the one I've just got has 20,

chicken johnny has 16, 20,21,22

some have only 12, 9.

one fretted cbg is enough for me .

the ones that I hope to make will not have frets but markers only.

not easy is it!!

as you may know I had frets fitted and this seem to interfering.
