Anyone fancy a jam?

I'm in Euxton, Lancashire and I'm itching to make some dirty blues with anyone who fancies it?

I can travel around the county and I've got decent enough recording facilities at home if anything comes of it.

I'm a mosher at heart, and I was thinking of a style that's say a more noisy SS Steve / Down but whilst using CBG's and Diddleys and having really mellow clean parts. Of course I'm more than open to other influences anyone can bring in.

I did a video a while back here with a track to go with it. Just a basic track that was done with a piezo CBG but you get the idea.

Fancy?

    I might be up for something if this comes off. Not played anything seriously for years though. Was in a band years ago, but only started playing again a couple of years ago. Based in Burnley, but can travel. Currently have 6 and 4 string CBG's and a cajon

    Vid sounds cool Rob, if any of you are going to Boxstock in Leicester next month as far as i know some of the day has been given over for open mic live playing, good opportunity to get a jam going there!

      Hi guys, sorry for the slow reply. 

      Chris, I've never gigged with Cbg's although I've been in several bands in my past playing Thrash. If you can play, get in touch mate :) 

      I'm no expert but i'm one of those players that can 'play round' other musicians and I'm one to 'get stuck in'.

      Fred, I've got your email re-directed to me from my website but i don't know how to reply on it yet (new site/ no idea how to update it yet, and I'm waiting for a reply from the developer to let me know how it works...) Please PM me on here!

      John, Mac's a bit far from me matey, unless you know somehere we can hire / gatecrash somewhere in between?

      Steve,  when's Boxstock?

      Anyone else, Liverpool / Formby / Lancs areas are good for me! Get in touch via Pm with dates free and whatnot. I'm stupidly busy at the moment building for some up-coming guitar shows, but I'm more than happy to travel a bit one evening.

      Let me know if you're gonna get together with anyone Rob, only round the corner so I'll tag along for the ride. Still only building ukes but I can do a bit of blues on 'em! Be interesting to see what comes from it!

    I'm a bit of a newbie but always willin to learn and have a go I''m near Macclesfield and can travel a few miles pretty much any time so keep me in the loop.
