There is a Guitar Center right off the Interstate ( I-40 ) there also.
And several other places (restaurants) that have meeting rooms available.
But whatever, I'm up for it!

Comment by Wes "I'm Baaaaack" Yates on December 30, 2009 at 4:56am: I get up to the Raleigh and Kinston area during the year. Perhaps the Raleigh area would be an idea. Or Greensboro being its more on the lateral interstate (40/85). Easy to get to from points out east, Wilmington, Charlotte, Asheville and Western NC. Either way, someone has a drive. - WY

Comment by RETROROD on December 29, 2009 at 11:47pm: Go HEELS! A proud inhabitant of the Carolina coastal plain for most of my 50+ years. Currently residing 'one sandbar in' from the Outer Banks. My second 'season' of building these addictive lil' boxes. They seem to consume a lot of my fall/winter months. It keeps me out of the bars......But then again...my garage IS a bar....hmmmm! This site is the greatest. Lots of great info and inspiration. Happy New Year to all....Rod
