    This first one has a lot of work in it, it uses my modified shape of the Tele, and is the only shape I use unless a customer come up with an idea.

  • Start them off young.

    I tried getting my daughter interested when she was young, she went with the Clarinet instead and hasn't touched it for 12 years. Her son is 3 and seems to like drums for now. I'll get one hooked eventually. LOL

My 2nd first solid body guitar

Hey everyone.  I'm still pretty new around here and I like that there seems to be a group for just about every variation of self build guitars.  Anyway this is my first solid body 3 stringer (2nd first because its the 2nd body on this same neck. the previous one I freehanded and looked like an upside down melting strat). Previously I have made a licence plate 6 stringer and a novelty 3 stringer as a birthday gift last week which left me wanting my own 3 string guitar.  The only wood I had…
