Just to get you started folks, heres an easy riff that will get you playing about half the good reggae tunes ever written!!
Chord progression is C / G / Am / F
It sounds great if you play fretted and can shape the chords.
If you play fretless, try dropping the minor by not playing the top (thinnest) string - its quite passable.
Play around with this progression and you will easily find No Woman No Cry and loads of others.

i know this is on 'real guitar'(lol) but if you capo on 1st fret and play A-E-D your in reggae heaven.
