Hello from Cincinnati
Hi all, new member here but long-time appreciator of cigar box banjos/ guitars. Requested to join because I wasn't sure how else to get in touch with this community - I help run a new music store in downtown Cincinnati and we'd love to have some on consignment - we also operate a historic space where Flatt & Scruggs cut "Foggy Mountain Breakdown," Hank Sr. recorded and more. Would love to coordinate some type of event / gathering in that space.

Would that be Herzog Studio? - I just saw an event on Facebook for tonight.
There isn't much going on in Cincy with CBGs that I know of.

yeah, that's indeed herzog studio. i think it would be a lot of fun. last night we have a free vintage guitar clinic, tonight 7-9 we have a free presentation on the space's history - king records, hank williams, flatt & scruggs and more. swing by if you can!
