Hello

My name is Sammy and i am a local pickup maker here in Lafayette Louisiana. Me and a friend run a small pickup company called Live Oak Pickups. My Uncle AKA Bairfoot Cajun introduced me to the cigar box revolution. Since then I have become very interested in building some instruments, but i am even more interested in making pickups for these custom guitars. I made a P-90 style pickup for my uncle and thought it really sounded good. i will continue to experiment and let everyone know what i come up with. Looking forward to meeting everyone.

    I would love to see some pictures and hear some audio of your pickups. I'd enjoy buying from somebody in my homestate.
