First CBG build
I just finished my first CBG. I stumbled across this site while researching intonation and got hooked. I made a maple neck and used a black Cohiba cigar box. Its a four string. I installed a pre-wired C.B.Gitty pickup kit and was surprised at how it all turned out. Better than I thought. I'm really enjoying playing it. Now I have to figure out how to practice and start a second guitar.
Anybody ever done a 6 string that is a 3 string design but setup like a regular 12 string guitar? 3 sets of double strings?

Looks great.
To answer your question, I did a Dulcitar(Dulcimer neck on a guitar body) several years ago. Had a nice full sound to it.
