is there any interest in putting a cd together. Are there enough of us out here to put together enough songs? If we mix it down and then sendout a good copy to all involved you could make your own copies and packaging to sell at shows you play. We would all just burn the copies we needed and then there would be no money to divy up. You keep what you make from what you sell. Maybe some super talented artist type ( Willard ) would desighn a cover. we could all add links to our respective web pages. It would get our music out to other parts of the country and then you would only need to record your couple favorite songs. If anyone is up for it. Let me know. If not that is cool also. Just would like to have some new music to sell when I play out.

glad to have you aboard> with at least five of us we could all put in two songs and we would have enough> hopefully some more folks will join in>
I've got some diddley stuff. Lemme know and I'll send it to whoever is gonna make the cd. I've often thought about releasing an all-diddley cd. Good to see others have the idea. I always wanted to title the album, "One"
I joined Mr.Speals site about 2 years ago,,,To pick up playing,,,Have improved slightly. One String Willie was one of the first persons I met on CBG site...His D-BOW playing really inspired me.I am not a good enough player to contribute to a cd...Having made several d-bows for members in here,,,their d-bow playing is amazing...It will only get better...I will be giving away more d-bows in the future...Just love to hear what someone can do with a one string...Looking forward to seeing other players show up here...Where is Dr.O,,,Jim Fretts,,,and D.F.Duck???? One the 8th day god created folk art...willardj turned folk art into expensive firewood...Thanks guys!!!

Hi there!
Just wondering do the songs for the cd need to be all plain d-bow music. I have something coming with all self-made instruments with d-bow playing lead.
BTW. Has anyone tried to play d-bow with an e-bow?

i have no hard fast rule on this. If the D bow is in there thats enough for me

So it looks like there is enough interest. Is anyone out there good at mastering tracks? I am not as skilled as I would like to be. I can do it if no one else wants the job. How about artwork for the cover? Suggestions for a name? I think If we all pull together we can make something pretty great. If you are in please let me know if you have, lets say 2 songs you like. Original or traditional. I will look for your answere. Peace
Sounds like a job for the Joker muwahaha
