Can anyone point me to a diagram or picture of how to wire in a volume & tone switch with a Piezo transducer ?

Guys , tried out the Radio Shack Piezo buzzer trick ,stripped off the plastic case as directed, hot glued it under the bass side of the bridge , covered it with hot glue... Sounds "Killer"... You guys are terrific !!! Can't believe how Good this works !!! Thanks !!!

when constructing bridge end pens as in my photos be SAFE ! and stand to the side of the file and or other tool so if it grabs it will not poke a hole in tummy!

Thanks Sam , I'll be careful not to get the plastic grommets .. spoiled for brass after seeing what youze' guys have done ...
My box lid may not have been glued that securely ... ??? Solid now , looks Great and corners protected...

The cool thing about "grommets" as a catagory is that they are super easy to install, come in a variety of sizes and look good.

I've used similar... sure they will work.... make sure they aren't "metal foil" over plastic unless you want that look... they tend to tear off.

Imagination.... probably, but if it was on a sloppy box or one with thin sides, I could see it happening...

Got some brass corners for my first CBG , seemed to improve the sustain ... Is it just my imagination ???

check lumber supply ... ask for tarp grommets... bigger ones from custom drapery shops... most of my stuff comes from recycle center... never know what I'll find... some people use computer table grommets or closet pole grommets...
