Well, its a while since I asked a silly question so here's another one. I can't find this topic anywhere but I bet it has been asked before. If so I apologise.
I have fretted my last few instruments and manage to get slots that allow the wire to be p

I have three swisher sweets boxes and each one is about 4 1/2 inches wide 5 inches long and three inches deep. I think they would make some pretty nice mini amps or speakers but I am wondering if there is an instrument that a box that size could be u
I have just started getting into CBGs and have a couple questions. How do you lay out the frets, where should they go. What are some tips for building my first cbg?
Does Scale Length effect how a CBG sounds? Would a 24.5" sound different from a 13" "nut to bridge" length given everything else is the same on the CBG?
{sigh} I just finished two (count 'em TWO) identical necks utilizing some 3-in-a-line tuners. I thought I had a nice design going until I mounted the tuners and thought about how the strings would run. Anyone see the problem?

Hi everybody - my first post. I couldn't find the answer to this in any of the discussions, so if this has already been answered, please direct me to that post.

getting ready for my first build (got a cbgitty CBG kit with a piezo rod) and I am thinking about where the best placement for the piezo-rod would be. Any suggestions?
I have had to cut down a willow tree in my garden. Much of it was rotten, but there is some decent wood. I imagine that it is not suitable for necks, but is it of any use at all? I can't see many mentions of willow on CBN, so wonder if it is unsuitab
