    • Bob, I like that and might steal your design. One thing to consider to give it an even simpler/cleaner look is to screw it to the wall through the peg holes, and then tap the dowels in after driving in the screws. Thanks for the photo!
  • Came up with a simple solution. Rail made from scrappy piece of 2x1 pine and hooks from an old coat hanger. Short length of garden twine tied aroumd neck ( all i had to hand at the time)

    I don't remember where I got the pins from... something else that was going in the trash... deck screws with aquarium tubing or drip line tubing works good, too...  Easy Peasy...

    • Liking it, super simple and i could always make one about 5' long for future builds.
  • Nearly unlimited options on this one, I'm sure you'll get some interesting feedback. On one that I gave away I simply tied a loop of old baler twine on the headstock so he could hang it on a nail.
