ok first off-pretty new to electronics. so all these schematics are great, but can some one show me what goes where on volume and tone pots with actual pictures? any help would be dope

Ground in both pics is on the right, it's the brown wire in my pic on the bottom.
im most curious about the ground on the bottom-which post is it??
