Hacking a Radio

So I'm working on hacking this radio I picked up at the thrift store.  This is my first time trying this.  I think I won't have any trouble hacking the input, but the first thing I have to do is fix the volume pot because it's kind of crapping out.

How to eliminate hiss

Ruby Amp Motorboating
