Friday - 3rd - 7th Annual Cigar Box Guitar Festival opens with Hymn For Her, Free Concerts on the Dock (6pm - 9pm)
Saturday - 4th - 7th Annual Cigar Box Guitar Festival, 2nd Floor Theater, Admission $15 movie/music (6 - 11pm)
Sat. 4th 7th Annual Cigar Box Guitar Festival opens at noon and features Bill Jehle's Cigar Box Guitar Museum, handcrafted instrument builders, artist market, workshops and jam sessions with Nickel Cigar Box Guitar on the 1st floor Lowe Mill. "Songs Inside the Box",documentary filmmaker, Max Shores will be a special guest of the Film Co-op and his film, 'Richard Johnston:Hill Country Troubadour" will screen in the theater at 4pm.(admission: $5) 6pm - midnight Flymo Theater "Live" Music Extravaganza featuring Pat, John andUncle Chuck Nickel, Microwave Dave, John Lowe, Seven Hills Stomp, Nadaband and Earl Williams (admission $10.)
Is anybody planning to go? I want to go, but June 4th is gonna be tough with my sister in-law graduating from UAB that day. I might try to go up on Sunday the 5th.

Somehow my brain registered that it started on the 3rd of June and ended on the 7th of June instead of the fact that this is the 7th year the CBG festival has taken place. Please ignore and carry on. I will be there this evening and hope to meet you.
I will be there Friday night and Saturday, is it going on Sunday too?
The 4th is the last day I thought !
